100 Black Men of South Florida, Inc. Continues Holiday Tradition By Providing Shopping Experience for Economically Disadvantage Families and Children In South Florida

Miami, FL – Over two hundred South Florida children raced through Walmart this weekend to pick out special Christmas treasures for themselves and family members during the 100 Black Men of South Florida, Inc. (100BlackMenSF) holiday shopping spree. The Wal-Mart in Miami Gardens served as a magical backdrop for the holiday spree that 100BlackMenSF and Wal-Mart have hosted together for the past four years. The smiling faces of over 200 children truly cemented the meaning of what the holiday season means. The 100 Black Men SF were also joined by volunteers from one of their corporate partners, UPS.

“The 100BlackMenSF are very excited to partner with Walmart for this annual event. We have 24 community based organizations represented this year. The 100BlackMenSF is grateful for the $1,500, breakfast and seven check out areas provided by Walmart, states Vice President of Operations, Stephen H. Johnson, Esq.

“We are honored that the 100 Black Men of South Florida has chosen our location to partner with. Our associates look forward to being able to give back to the community. We hope this will brighten the children’s holiday season, states Morgan Hennessy, Shift Manager at Walmart store 3311.
