The 100 Black Men of South Florida has been on the forefront of efforts to increase diversity in law enforcement and emergency services professions. We have served as a bridge between our community and the law enforcement community, by establishing in 2017, along with other community organizations, the Law Enforcement & Emergency Services Career Fair. This event brings together individuals from the community with over 40 law enforcement and emergency services agencies from Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, to learn about career opportunities and apply for employment. Since its inception, the event has exposed over 500 individuals to career opportunities.
